Ordering Guidelines Placing an Order Our consultants are available to take your order Monday-Friday between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Please place orders 48 hours in advance to ensure availability and delivery times. Large events require additional lead time. A delivery fee of $25.00 will be added to your order. Please allow a 30 minute window prior to your delivery time. Special arrangements will be made for large events. Cancellation Policy There will be a 50% charge for cancellations made within 24 business hours prior to delivery. Special cancellation restrictions apply to weddings and large catered events. Payment Michael Lane Cuisine accepts personal & corporate checks, cash, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Payment may be made prior to delivery or by arrangements made through one of our consultants. All food, beverages, and rentals will be taxed at current rate. All items subject to availability.
